The Law Library has four research guides on winter topics:
Jessica's Law
is about the law that requires us to remove snow and ice from our vehicles - all without ever mentioning snow or ice;
Shoveling Sidewalks
explains why we in New Hampshire are not required to shovel the sidewalks in front of our homes;
Prepaid Heating Contracts
points to resources from the Attorney General's office and others; and finally
Winter Heating
looks at whether or not our heat can be turned off in the winter.
