Cyberflashing

In 2022, New Hampshire enacted HB 1388 relative to the unsolicited disclosure of an intimate image. This bill amended existing law to establish a criminal penalty for knowingly transmitting an unsolicited intimate image to someone who is 16 years or older. RSA 654:1, II(c) already made it a crime to transmit such images to a child less than 16 years old.
