New Hampshire Statutes

The medical records statute, RSA 332-I, sets the fees for copying records and covers the use and disclosure of health information. RSA 317-A:27-a sets out the length of time a dentist must maintain a patient’s records.

New Hampshire Regulations

The administrative rule, Den 501.01(e), sets the time frame within which a dentist must provide a copy of a patient’s records.
