Disability Language Guide

The Disability Rights Center has published a Disability Language Guide with examples of "person-first" and "identity-first" phrases for writing about disability. There's also a downloadable version. DRC is a statewide non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating barriers for people with disabilities across New Hampshire. Also on their website are "Know Your Rights" guides to many issues faced by people with disabilities.
