The New Hampshire Law Library is closed to the general public in order to mitigate the risks associated with COVID-19. Limited library services are available by phone (603-271-3777)  and email (


Open to the Public

Anyone can use the Library, no appointment needed. Since the Library is located inside the Supreme Court Building, you will need to pass through security before you can enter the building.

Locations and Hours


The Law Library is located inside the Supreme Court Building at One Charles Doe Drive, Concord, New Hampshire. Note: There is no street sign for the Library. Follow the signs for the Supreme Court.

Concord Hours

Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Library is closed on all court holidays


In partnership with the Littleton Public Library, the Law Library offers access to Westlaw and a small collection of law books including the complete New Hampshire Practice Series and the New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated.  Littleton Public Library is located at 92 Main Street, Littleton, New Hampshire. 

Littleton Hours

Tuesday and Wednesday: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Thursday and Friday: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Closed Sunday and Monday
