The seventh edition of Richard B. McNamara's Criminal Practice and Procedure is now available. First published in 1980, the three-volume work comprises volumes 1, 2 and 2A of the New Hampshire Practice Series. The author reviews the current state of the law and provides historical background on the development of the law of criminal procedure in New Hampshire. The set includes a detailed index, and tables of cases and statutes.
Here at the Law Library, we have one copy available to borrow and one to use in-house. The Library also holds all previous editions of Criminal Practice and Procedure and the yearly supplements.
