The most recent amendments to New Hampshire statutes often are not reflected in the Revised Statutes Online until weeks or months after the change. At the top of the Revised Statutes Online page is a notice that tells you when the RSAs were last updated. Always double-check that you have the most recent version of the statute either by contacting the Law Library or checking the Advanced Bill Status Search.
