New Hampshire Statutes

There are statutes penalizing frivolous lawsuits in situations other than those involving torts and contracts. Below are some examples.  A keyword search of the Revised Statutes Online using "frivolous," "bad faith," "vexatious," "unconscionable" or "unconscionability" will bring up several others.
