Borrow Books

Members of the New Hampshire Bar Association may borrow directly from the Law Library. Register to borrow using this form.

Court system personnel may borrow directly from the Law Library. Email lawlibrary@courts.state.nh.us

Members of the public may borrow through Interlibrary Loan. Contact your local public library for more information on how to do that.

There are no lawyers on staff and we can't give you legal advice but we can help you find information on your topic and teach you how to use our research databases and legal research materials.

Copies of Documents

Copy requests to the library are limited to 10 items or 50 pages per day.  We may deny requests based on copyright or licensing restrictions. We also reserve the right to refuse requests that will be excessively time-consuming or disruptive to normal library workflows.

The library provides a photocopier for the public at a cost of $.25 a page. The photocopiers accept coins, $1 and $5 bills. The library does not have a change machine.  Printing is available from our public access computers at a cost of $.20 per page. The library does not have wireless printing, scanning, or a public fax machine.
