The Law Library can provide you with documents from any source in our collection within the limits of copyright or licensing restrictions. Due to staffing limitations, we fill requests for 10 items or 50 pages per person per day. If you need more than 10 documents, feel free to send the request, but any documents over 10 will be put at the end of the queue, and will be filled when time allows. It may take several days to receive those additional documents. Documents will be delivered by email. There is no charge for this service.
To comply with copyright laws, we will copy (or download and email) no more than one article from a periodical title, or two chapters from a copyrighted title consisting of no more than 10% of the resource. We supply only single copies of a work.
Submit your request anytime via lawlibrary@courts.state.nh.us or call 603-271-3777 Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Requests are usually filled within 24 hours. If you don't have a citation or have a subject request, response times may be longer.
The library provides a photocopier for the public and printing is available from our public access computers. The library does not have wireless printing or a public fax machine.
